The Liberté was a Magpie spacecraft that illegally operated in the Aegis system in late 2508 or early 2509. As part of a group led by Jessica Li, Liberté was captained by Bellevin, an experienced and mission-oriented Magpie. Both Bellevin and the Liberté were destroyed when the group's ShockRing unintentionally pulled in the wreck of the USG Ishimura, and the Liberté was unable to avoid the huge planet cracker.[1]
