Level 6 Military Suit

The Level 6 Military RIG is available for purchase after loading a "Cleared Game" save. After loading the schematic at a store you can purchase the RIG for 99,000 credits. This is the second best RIG in the game, following the Tank Suit. Providing a 30% armor rating and 25 inventory spaces, equal in inventory space to the Level 5, Elite Suit, Obsidian Suit, Astro Suit, and Scorpion Suit RIGs; but superior to all but the Astro Suit RIG in armor rating (which it matches).

The Military Suit is a stark white color, with black under armor, and sports the USM Valor symbol on the chest area. It is seen in many motivational posters, and is worn in-game by the Marines of the Valor (Although their version of the suit has matching pauldrons, whereas Isaac's does not. Instead a black shoulder pad replaces the left pauldron of his suit and Isaac wears a black balaclava under the helmet, whereas Marines do not, as seen on corpses of the unfortunate, or in video logs the Marines use to contact the Ishimura). The suit is standard issue for all Marines of the USM, hence the name.

The design of the helmet is somewhat skull-like and the suit itself is completely different to the other RIG suits, all of which feature several lines across the helm for vision, whereas the military suit helm features only two eye slits, glowing blue. Theories have been posed that where the USM all wear RIG suits that are based on the same model, so do the USG.

Note the Marines have stasis modules built into their RIGs, which is why if they are infected, the become Twitchers.
